What's the catch with the free build?+
There isn't one. The build is free and you pay monthly for the hosting, care and everything else. We make our money over time, not on a big upfront invoice. If you don't like what we build, you don't go live and you owe nothing.
What do I actually have to do?+
Almost nothing. We build it from what's already online, your Google listing, your social pages, whatever's out there. You look at it and tell us what to change. Most clients spend twenty minutes in total.
How quickly can I be live?+
Seven days from the go-ahead. If we miss that, your first month is free.
Am I tied into a contract?+
No. It's month to month with 30 days' notice, at every level. If it isn't working for you, you stop.
I already have a website. Is this still for me?+
Often yes, but not always. If your site is fine, the useful work is usually getting you found and bringing in customers rather than rebuilding something that already works. We'll tell you honestly which one you need.
What if it doesn't work?+
Every paid plan carries a written guarantee. If we don't hit the number we've promised, that part of the service is free until we do. The guarantee for each plan is on the pricing page.
Who pays for the ads?+
You do, directly to Google or Meta, so you keep full control and ownership of the account. We'd usually suggest £500 to £1,000 a month. Our fee covers running them.
